Activation & Validity
1. After I press the download button in my user center, I got 404 error/file Not Found message. How can I get my product?
If you meet this error make sure you close the firewall and do not use any download tools. If the error still persists please Support Team at any time.
2. I receive a "Runtime Error" message when I try to open the test engine. How can I fix it?
Please try the following steps:
- Uninstall the current engine you have;
- Download the latest version of Java from www.java.com;
- Restart your computer;
- Download a new one from your user center;
- Install the new one under another directory in your computer.
If you still could not solve this problem, please contact Support Team.
3. I receive "Activation Failed" message when I try to activate my test engine. How can I register my testing engine and use it?
- Please first make sure that your product is not expired. If your product has expired you cannot install/activate it anymore. But you can renew your expired product with 30% discount and then install and activate.
- If you tried the above steps but still cannot activate the product, please email sales@pass4sure.com and send the screenshot of every step you did to activate the product. We will check the problem for you as fast as we can.
